    * There are no returns allowed in accessories (trim, underlayment, glue, etc.)

    * Some flooring has a No Return policy which is set forth by the manufacturer or the distributor. If this is a concern for you, please ask your sales representative prior to making a purchase. Most Sale or Closeout Items are non refundable.

    * We can accept returns on 5 cartons or more. There would be no return allowed on less than 5 cartons of any flooring.

    * Any returned cartons must be factory sealed. You would not receive any credit for opened cartons.

    * You would need to get a return authorization from our office prior to making a return. You can get a return authorization up to 15 days of the receipt of your order. No returns allowed after 15 days.

    * You would be responsible to pay the return shipping charge on any returns.

    * Once returned material is received by our vendor, we would issue you a credit or a refund. This process usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from the date the material was received.

    * If you decide to return any part of, or your entire order, you would be responsible to pay the *actual original freight charge, the return freight charge, and any applicable restocking fee which usually  ranges from 15% to 25% of the order.

Personal Checks require processing time before shipments are sent (usually 3-7 days depending on the bank location). Products are sold with a manufacturers warranty and will be honored by the manufacturer.

A good warranty is very important when it comes to investing in floors. All floors sold by BestFlooringDirect.com is backed by a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise noted. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your flooring warranty.

Hardwood flooring requires very little care and it will give you a lifetime of enjoyment if cared for properly.
When installing a hardwood floor, all you have to remember is to always let the wood acclimate 4-6 days in the home prior to installing the wood. Keep the temperature between 60 - 75 degrees, and keep the humidity level between 35-55% relative humidity in the home. This will keep the wood from shrinking, or swelling to much causing damage to the wood, and voiding the manufacturers warranty. Never wash the floor with water. If you need to clean it use a hardwood flooring cleaner or very lighty damp mop. You never want to have liquid seep into the cracks and get under the wood. This will cause the wood to warp and void the Warranty.

PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE: This product is manufactured according to the highest standards of quality. However, should any material not meet your requirements, we must be advised prior to installation. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept responsibility.

We will not be held responsible for any typographical errors  when it comes to pricing on this website. If we do find an error we will have it corrected and no compensation will be offered to the customer. We always have the right to not ship a product, if it will result in a loss to the company.

Our "We Won't Be Undersold " Policy does not include Sales Tax.

Delivery Information
All shipping quotes are based on curbside delivery unless otherwise noted.

Curbside Delivery: An industry-standard term meaning delivery to the end of the trailer on shipments made to a residence. Customer is responsible to offload the shipment.
Upon delivery customer is responsible to inspect the shipment. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. If you don't make a note at the time of delivery of damage, you will not be able to put in a claim with the trucking company that made the delivery. All damages are the responsibility of the trucking company. We will assist you in expediting your damage claim.
DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY THIS WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES.
IT WILL ALSO MAKE PUTTING IN A CLAIM MORE DIFFICULT.
